Product overview

Description & Application

LC-MG-10 is an infigratinib-derived covalent molecular glue degrader studied in FGFR2-amplified KATO III gastric cancer cells. The source reports an FGFR2 degradation DC50 of 230.2 nM after 12 h and antiproliferative activity with an IC50 of 49.13 nM. FGFR1 degradation was also observed; FGFR3 and FGFR4 degradation was not detected in the tested cell models.

Evidence limits

  • RNF126 recruitment is the authors' inference from the gluing-handle literature, not directly validated for LC-MG-10.
  • Rat oral bioavailability was 4.07% (10 mg/kg p.o. versus 1 mg/kg i.v.; SI Table S1). The paper describes a suboptimal PK profile.
  • In vivo antitumour efficacy was not established.
  • Literature assay results do not establish DC stock, purity, formulation or supply lead time.

These values are reported in the cited research and depend on the experimental conditions. DC Chemicals supplies research compounds; literature results are not guaranteed product performance.
