Purchase order

Request an official quotation, then send us your purchase order with both shipping and billing addresses.

  1. Receive your DC Chemicals quotation.
  2. Email your purchase order to our team.
  3. Receive a commercial invoice with shipment.

Payment: T/T bank transfer to the specified account within 30 working days of invoice receipt.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

PayPal invoice

Our team can arrange a PayPal invoice so you can pay by credit card through the invoice link.

  1. Email the product specifications and quantities you need.
  2. Receive your PayPal invoice from our sales team.
  3. Follow the invoice link to complete payment.

For online ordering through our main website, a PayPal invoice link is generated after successful order submission.

FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS

Thermo Fisher

An alternative when direct ordering is difficult or DC Chemicals is not on your approved supplier list.

  1. Forward our quotation to Thermo Fisher, or ask them about availability and quantities.
  2. Arrange your quotation and product listing.
  3. Complete the order through the Thermo Fisher portal.

Shipping, clearance & delivery

Delivery arrangements

We select a suitable carrier from DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and EMS. Special carrier requests may require additional handling fees or a longer delivery time.

  • Hazardous materials are shipped under applicable transport requirements.
  • Partial shipments are permitted and invoiced separately; each invoice remains payable under its terms.
  • Delivery delays do not cancel the buyer’s acceptance obligations.

U.S. customs & clearance

Applicable customs and clearance costs are itemized in your quotation. For shipments using the published China-to-U.S. DDP arrangement, the stated processing charge is US$125, with estimated door-to-door transit of 5–6 business days.

Under that arrangement, DHL advances the clearance charges and is reimbursed through our logistics account.

Please confirm the fulfillment route, current charges and delivery estimate with our team when ordering. Costs and timing may change with shipping arrangements and tariff policy updates.
