Product overview

Description & Application

LC-MG-5 is an infigratinib-derived covalent molecular glue degrader studied in FGFR2-amplified KATO III gastric cancer cells. The source reports an FGFR2 degradation DC50 of 231.7 nM after 12 h and antiproliferative activity with an IC50 of 65.49 nM. FGFR1 degradation was also observed; FGFR3 and FGFR4 degradation was not detected in the tested cell models.

Isoform selectivityFGFR2 and FGFR1 degradation; no detectable FGFR3/4 degradation under tested conditions300 or 1000 nM, 6 h; H1581, KATO III, RT112 and Hep3B cell modelsMain section 2.8, Fig. 7

Evidence limits

  • DCAF16 knockdown attenuated LC-MG-5-mediated FGFR2 loss; direct covalent target-site mapping and comprehensive proteomic selectivity were not established.
  • In vivo antitumour efficacy was not established.
  • Literature assay results do not establish DC stock, purity, formulation or supply lead time.

These values are reported in the cited research and depend on the experimental conditions. DC Chemicals supplies research compounds; literature results are not guaranteed product performance.
