Description & Application

Lipid 03-135 is an ionizable lipid investigated for lipid nanoparticle delivery of mRNA encoding a CD19/CD3 bispecific T-cell engager developed by Abogen. In WO2024131874A1, its formulation showed the highest plotted serum antibody concentrations at 24 and 48 hours among five tested lipids after a single intravenous dose of mRNA1 in NOD/SCID mice.

Research category: Ionizable lipids for in vivo T-cell engager

In vivo T-cell engager research

03-135 LNPs delivered mRNA encoding a CD19/CD3 T-cell engager and supported circulating antibody expression in mice. Route: Intravenous.
