Instructions for Use

Before use

Check the supplied lot number, batch COA, approved SDS, quantity and retest date. Pure form: −20 °C, 1 year; In solvent: −80 °C, 6 months; −20 °C, 1 month. Sealed and protected from light.

For small quantities of viscous or oily lipid, volumetric transfer can reduce weighing losses. Confirm solvent compatibility and solubility before preparing a stock; calculated volumes do not establish solubility.

Stock-solution planning

Volume (mL) = mass (mg) × 1000 / [molecular weight × concentration (mM)].

AMG1541/DOPE/cholesterol/DMG-PEG2000 = 35:16:46.5:2.5 mol%. Ionizable lipid:mRNA = 10:1 by weight; the authors separately report N/P = 11.4:1. Source: Supplementary Table 1 (PDF p. 3). Component-mass calculations use the catalog molecular weights shown here; the reported N/P is not recalculated from them.
