Instructions for Use

Before use

Check the supplied lot number, batch COA, approved SDS, quantity and retest date. Pure form: −20 °C, 1 year; In solvent: −80 °C, 6 months; −20 °C, 1 month. Sealed and protected from light.

For small quantities of viscous or oily lipid, volumetric transfer can reduce weighing losses. Confirm solvent compatibility and solubility before preparing a stock; calculated volumes do not establish solubility.

Stock-solution planning

Volume (mL) = mass (mg) × 1000 / [molecular weight × concentration (mM)].

Literature formulation reference

Complete component identities and quantitative proportions were not established in the available source. No surrogate four-component formulation is assigned.

The available ATX-0114 row does not establish a complete formulation. Helper-lipid identities and ratios, PEG-lipid identity, N/P and RNA loading ratio are left unassigned. Generic ranges elsewhere in the patent are not an ATX-0114 recipe.
