Calculation basis

n = mass / MW; copies = n × 6.02214076 × 10²³. Sequence basis uses A 329.2, C 305.2, G 345.2, U 306.2 plus 159 g/mol for the 5′ triphosphate convention. Length estimate uses 320.5 × nt + 159. These conventions do not describe capped or modified mRNA.
