Calculation basis

EE = (total − free) / total × 100%. Recovery = recovered total RNA / initial RNA. Encapsulated yield = recovered encapsulated RNA / initial RNA. RFU mode uses separate, matrix-matched fitted curves for free and disrupted samples. Enter only measurements within the validated linear range. This tool does not fit curves or verify RNA integrity.
