nor-MC3
Product Datasheet
nor-MC3 is an ionizable lipid evaluated in liposomal LNPs for extrahepatic mRNA delivery. The 2025 study combines nor-MC3 with egg sphingomyelin, cholesterol and PEG-DMG, and reports prolonged circulation and increased reporter expression in selected extrahepatic tissues relative to an MC3-based comparator. The findings apply to the tested formulations rather than isolated nor-MC3.
