Lipid GVS-18-B6

Instructions for Use

Before use

Check the supplied lot number, batch COA, approved SDS, quantity and retest date. Pure form: −20 °C, 1 year; In solvent: −80 °C, 6 months; −20 °C, 1 month. Sealed and protected from light.

For small quantities of viscous or oily lipid, volumetric transfer can reduce weighing losses. Confirm solvent compatibility and solubility before preparing a stock; calculated volumes do not establish solubility.

Stock-solution planning

Volume (mL) = mass (mg) × 1000 / [molecular weight × concentration (mM)].

The nominal ratio is from Materials and Methods, LNP Production, in the order GVS-18-B6:DSPC:cholesterol:PEG lipid. Its rounded total is 99.9. SI Table S2 identifies mPEG-DMA and separately reports pre- and post-formulation measurements. PEG molecular weight and exact catalog mapping remain unassigned, so a complete mass conversion is not prefilled. The low-PEG hemolysis formulation is a separate experiment. No N/P value is inferred.
