Additional reported findings

Mannose-directed LSEC formulation

A 246C10 formulation with 3.0 mol% total PEG lipid, including 2.5 mol% mannose-PEG lipid, shifted Cre-mRNA expression toward LSECs. The remaining base lipids were 246C10/DOPE/cholesterol = 26.5/20/50.5 mol%, with 0.5 mol% non-targeted PEG lipid.

siRNA formulation uses a different helper lipid

For siRNA experiments, the article used 246C10/DSPC/cholesterol/PEG lipid = 42.5/13/41.5/3 mol% for the 3% PEG condition; 2.5 mol% mannose-PEG was incorporated for LSEC targeting. The ionizable lipid:siRNA mass ratio was 7.5:1.

Literature Data DisclaimerAll formulation parameters and performance values shown in this section are derived from the cited publication and are provided for reference only. These results were obtained using the specific materials, formulation process, cargo, dose, analytical method, model and administration route described in that study. Unless otherwise stated, the data were not generated or independently verified by DC Chemicals. DC Chemicals supplies the lipid compound only and does not guarantee that customers will reproduce the reported LNP properties or biological performance.

The administration route shown above was used in the cited study and is not a clinical-use instruction or recommendation by DC Chemicals.

The hepatocyte and LSEC results use distinct 246C10 formulations. Mannose-dependent targeting is identified separately and is not a property claim for neat 246C10.
