Can this building block be used directly as an ionizable lipid?

This product is a synthetic carboxylic acid building block. It has no amine head group. A downstream lipid structure and its formulation must be evaluated separately.

Calculations use 270.45. The structural representation does not assign a stereochemical configuration at the alpha carbon.
