Description & Application
P3B is a biodegradable ionizable lipid investigated for intrathecal delivery of mRNA-based gene editors to the central nervous system. The cited mouse study demonstrated functional Cas9 editing and adenine base editing, with MC3-LNPs as the comparator. Its brain-delivery evidence relates to intrathecal administration in reporter mice.
