OL-56 (HO-PEG-Ste) · DCL0026

OL-56 (HO-PEG-Ste) is a hydroxyl-terminated PEG stearate for research on PEG-lipid components of lipid nanoparticles. It combines a PEG chain with a single C18 fatty-acid anchor through an ester linkage.

Formulation & Performance

Published results below describe complete mRNA–LNP formulations containing OL-56. They do not establish the efficacy of OL-56 alone or the performance of a supplied batch.

Reported lipid components: SM-86, OL-56, DSPC and cholesterol. The cited methods do not provide a verified four-lipid molar ratio; no ratio is assigned here.
